[LIBRARYDIR] A little fact finding mission - could use some help

About 3000 student FTE at Bates with 1.5 faculty librarians at 2 campuses (1.0 at the Downtown campus, .5 at the South Campus).

Will you share the data you collect, Cheyenne?  Bates is opening a new building on our 3rd campus which will include a library.  I expect that staffing the newest library will be part of next year's budget cycle.

Good morning all,
I am putting in a proposal to our new VPI as to why the college should fund the part-time librarian they told us to hire for our two new BAS programs (they proposed it but never attached any funds to pay for this position and haven't increase my budget to cover the costs) and I would like to add in a piece about how we have been treading water with just 2 full-time faculty librarians (with me also doing double duty as the Library Program Coordinator) for an FTE of 3100 students.
If you don't mind, could you please shoot me off an email telling me how many full or part-time/adjunct librarians you currently have at your institutions? I can see all your FTEs from the spreadsheets on the Alma/Primo project. So just looking to help my case why it wouldn't kill our college to actually fund a part-time librarian, bringing us up to 2.5 librarians.
