[LIBRARYDIR] Tutoring Centers, Writing Centers, Math Labs, Speech Labs

North has always separated tutoring from the library in terms of management. When tutoring was located in the library (it has never been under library management), at least we saw the same students use library resources. The tutoring which occupied space in the library has recently moved out of our building. Sadly, we've lost those students since the move. We're planning to initiate a new program to bring the library to the Student Learning Center(tutoring center).

Good morning all,

I've been asked to look at how Skagit manages its various tutoring resources. I was wondering how many of the library administrators have some kind of tutoring activity in their facility and/or have some responsibility for these activities. These could include any type of tutoring support in any form, even online or outside the library. Do any of you claim to house a "learning commons"?

Thanks,
Mindy
