Our library has a student Computer Lab Assistant on duty during all open
library hours. The students are supervised, and paid, by Academic Computing
Services (ACS) rather than the library. This is because the library and ACS
co-manage the learning commons computer area in the library
http://edcc.libguides.com/content.php?pid=220807&sid=1833009 which is also
the largest computer lab on campus. There are over 120 computers in that
area.

Jessica Wallace oversees ACS, but she is away from campus for a couple of
weeks, you may want to contact Michael Yocum who is managing ACS in
Jessica's absence.

Michael's email address is michael.yocum at email.edcc.edu and his phone
number is 425-640-1306.
I have copied Michael on my reply to alert him to this. (Thank you Mike!)

In addition, The following service is also housed in the library near the
computer area:

*START* (for Student Technology Advice & Resource Team), is a student led
resource that will assist students with navigation and use of existing
Edmonds CC technologies, such as Canvas, EdMail and Google Apps. For more
information, visit their website at http://www.edcc.edu/online/start
