[LIBRARYDIR] RE: IT academy question

For me, the membership number came in an email from acadsupp at microsoft.com<mailto:acadsupp at microsoft.com> on 9/30, with a subject line of "Welcome to the Microsoft IT Academy."

The program code came in an email from itaemail at microsoft.com<mailto:itaemail at microsoft.com> on 10/1 with a subject line of "Important update to Microsoft IT Academy Member Sign-In."

I'm sure you can get it again.  The membership email lists this contact info:  acadsupp at microsoft.com<mailto:acadsupp at microsoft.com>, 1-800-508-8454.

ON 10/1 I received an email from itaemail at microsoft.com<mailto:itaemail at microsoft.com>, which refers to an "ITA membership ID" that was supposed to  have come to me "in Microsoft Approval email."  I can't see that I every received that-perhaps the campus spam filter caught it, perhaps I just deleted without recognizing, maybe the darned thing is still floating around my Outlook space somewhere.  Be that as it may-

n  Did everyone else get it via email?  If not, maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place

n  Assuming I just blew it, how can I get it now?
