Yes: films on demand. Haven't bothered to look at stats just yet, since it is still too soon to tell for us. Plan to do so at end of WQ. We bought selections on business, economics, health, science, humanities and social sciences.

Streaming media is also part of ProQuest's Nursing & Allied Health Source, faculty said films were poor-old, not pertinent to RN level program.

Subject: [LIBRARYDIR] Streaming media quick survey

We are beginning to look into streaming media to support some instructional programs at Edmonds CC and we will be meeting with our IT folks to talk about this, especially about ensuring that there would be sufficient bandwidth to enable students and faculty to access and view the streaming media.

1. Does your library subscribe to any streaming media services or have you purchased any individual streaming media titles?

2. If so, what kinds of streaming media have you acquired?

3. Has there been much usage of your streaming media collection?

4. Is there any advice you would offer, or wish you had received, about acquiring streaming media collections?

Thank you very much for any information you would be willing to share!

Lauri
