Hello,

This is a friendly reminder about the next Learning and Tutoring Center Association (LTCA) meeting on Friday, January 31st from 9 am - 3 pm at Lake Washington Technical College. Jeff Troy has graciously agreed to host us. Thanks, Jeff!

We will be meeting in room W401. You do not need a parking pass for this event since WTC does not charge for parking on campus.

A Lake Washington Technical College map can be found here: https://www.lwtech.edu/about/facilities/maps/

The major work we need to complete at our next meeting is to finish drafting the first iteration of our bylaws and vote to ratify them. If we can complete those tasks, we can vote board members into office during our spring meeting. That way we will hopefully have an operational board for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Below is our current agenda:

8:30 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast/Gathering/Networking (Provided by the school)
9:00 am - 10:30 am: Four Connections and Tutoring led by Sally Heilstedt, M.A

10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Bylaws Review and Voting to Adopt

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (On Our Own)

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Committee Work Time - Guided Pathways, Busting Silos, and Research

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Committee Work Share Out

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Open Discussion/Networking/Tour of Learning Lab and Supplemental Instruction
