The Policy Associate for Faculty Development & Ensured Learning is responsible collaborating across the Washington State Community and Technical College system to develop, manage and facilitate initiatives that advance equity and excellence in teaching and learning in service of our diverse communities.  In addition, the policy associate will support local college activities related to faculty development, and serves as a resource to support local college and system programs and projects related to assessment, teaching, and ensured learning.

The position reports to the Director of Student Success Center and Strategic Initiatives in support of the SBCTC's statewide scaling of Guided Pathways implementation.
This position will ideally be headquartered in Olympia.  However, hybrid or remote work can be negotiated.
The annual salary is $97,560.
