The Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is a new career opportunity at Clover Park! Working closely with the campus community, you will provide strategic direction, consultation, and assistance as a key leader and voice on issues of EDI. In this role, you will report to the President, serve on the Executive Team, and work across divisions to foster a welcoming environment for all people who have historically experienced barriers to opportunities and resources.

During your first year as the Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, you will have the opportunity to:

  *   Develop an institutional strategic plan related to EDI
  *   Create a systematic training plan to create a truly inclusive environment across the institution
  *   Cultivate transformative relationships with the surrounding communities and assist the President in building a diversity advisory committee
  *   Actively participate in the development of new programs and practices that will attract and retain historically underrepresented individuals to a welcoming, safe and supportive environment
