Thanks, Kristi and Joyce!

Just a quick clarification: this event is comparable to the workshop we hosted for colleges last fall, so if you sent a team to that event there's no need to attend this one. We will be having a one-day follow-up event at Highline on November 5th for any colleges currently implementing math co-requisite models and interested in going deeper into the work; a promotional flier with a registration link will be distributed in the next few weeks!

The path to successful co-requisite implementation is full of choices. Dana Center Mathematics Pathways can help you navigate.

Bring a team to this national co-requisite design workshop and create a campus-wide action plan for implementation to improve your current structures or plan for new ones. You will engage with research, learn best practices, and dig in to those course design factors that best fit your campus, department, and students.

Workshop sessions will focus on structures, content, pedagogy and psychosocial factors. This workshop is not tied to any specific curriculum, but rather helps to provide actionable guidance for building successful, sustainable approaches to mathematics co-requisite course design. Opportunities will also be provided for collaboration with other teams.
