[GuidedPathways] Early Alert

Hello, collective wisdom. I would love to hear from you all about early
alert. What does your college do as far as early alert (presently or
planned for the future)? Are you reaching out to students who are at risk
of failing mid-quarter or are you using demographics to identify "at risk"
students and reaching out before the quarter? What kinds of supports are
happening? What's the role of faculty in early alert? Are you using
software like Starfish to support early and if so does it help or hinder?
