At South I serve as our Guided Pathways “conductor”.  I manage the College Spark grant and lead/facilitate our monthly Guiding Team meetings.  I also broadly track the work being done for Guided Pathways.  We are currently in the process of identifying a Faculty Co-lead for the Guiding Team to ensure equal representation of student services & instruction.  We have four Pillar Committees and each has two leads.

I do not have a project management background and I think that experience would be extremely beneficial for a role that would manage/lead/coordinate GP work.

Spokane Falls has hired a project manager with PM experience. We also have a co-chair model for our GP workgroups. Details can be provide if needed.
