[Factc] Class Staffing Policies?

Hi all,

My department is looking at revising our class staffing process.  I'm trying to locate examples of class staffing policies that are rooted in equity and/or student success metrics/practices.  Do you know of any such policies? Do they even exist?

Any leads or examples would be much appreciated.  Thank you!
