Yes, it is me again,

I've looked over Sally's report on combining  forces  to lower costs for library resources which prompted me to write to  Clark's library director Dr. Brown for his insights and feedback.  Hopefully he will have time to respond.   Might I suggest an email to your head librarian about their efforts/feedback concerning local or state-wide efforts to share databases and other resources?
