Hi Here's some more information. Please find that whites make up most of the history majors. They also are more likely to go to college. I also have included the link to the Pew Research Center. Please let me know if you want me to send you the link about CEO's and engineering degrees too. I also can include research about African Americans being arrested at a rate of over 1,000 per 100,000; meanwhile, whites are arrested over 200 per 100,000. I recently have written two extensive research articles that go beyond one article, which are under review.

Kind regards,

Dr. Soraya Cardenas-Conte

In many ways, America remains two societies – one black and one white – as measured by key demographic indicators of social and economic well-being.

"In short, the material benefits of a history degree seem to come later in life, and graduate degrees are especially helpful. While history has recently appeared on lists of low-paying majors, usually based on crowd sourced information, and while these lists have sometimes gone viral, analyses based on the broad and authoritative American Community Survey paint a more complete and hopeful picture. While no one should expect to be catapulted into wealth because of a degree in history, neither is the degree a certain path to penury and underemployment."
