This is not at all related to the email I am replying to, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I am resigning from my position as secretary. I have accepted a new position outside of academia in Bremerton.
In the meantime, Alisha Williams will be attending the upcoming retreat in my place.

The tardiness of this report, compared to years past, is due to three special legislative sessions and continuing negotiations around the capital budget.  As we know, there is still no capital budget.

You will note that the format has changed to provide more extensive detail about legislation that passed and how it impacts our office and colleges.
