[Factc] Math Placement

Here's a compilation of what colleges were doing in math placement as of spring 2016 so it may well have changed some by now, especially with the Compass colleges. I believe there were 4 colleges using WAMAP at that point (Lake Washington, Whatcom, Yakima Valley, and Green River) either as a primary or secondary math placement tool...
