Update. I also created a version where folks can plug in their own FTE numbers<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lwRtuKuoWA9KSNsQStkH-nk6T7c3eOURBW8TgCwH-7Q/edit#gid=0>. That one also has a speculative worksheet at the bottom right; what would the cost be – and how much will we save - the first year after the 2024-29 contract if we dropped the services.

Maybe that’s too blunt an instrument, but I think it illustrates that the difference between 3%/year and 10/5% is not trivial.

I was trying to figure out a better way to make the 6 copies without tweaking each of the formulas. Eventually, I got it right. 🙂

Thank you so much, Marc. This will be HUGELY helpful during the ELC discussion.

I noticed a slight difference in the formulas, which I think you probably have a good reason for. For some cells, you used absolute references, while for others, you used mixed references. For example, in B23 the formula is =$B$19*B$13, while in G23 it's =$G19*B$13. Each formula yields the same results, so it's totally fine. I was just curious. :-)
