[DEOC] DEO Presentation

Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for your presence and participation in our Retreat in Spokane. We had the most participation in such a gathering since the Commission was formed. Francisco you were an amazing host and wanted to acknowledge the warmth we all felt. I want you all to know that you and your work are very much appreciated.

Thank you all also for attending the WACTC meeting with our Presidents at South Puget Sound and thank you Amanda for Hosting. We learned a lot and we have an amazing partner in Sophia and her Office at SBCTC.

Your Presidents may want to lean into deeper conversations from what we presented to them and I encourage you to refer to the attached presentation your DEO Leadership used in their panel discussion with our Presidents and Chancellors.

I'm proud to be in this space with each of you and I want to emphasize that what we are embarking upon is not about just one of us, but all of us! The work we are doing will shift Cultures and position our work as a cornerstone of the long term success of our SBCTC System.
