We used Hanover for ours. They were pretty responsive but also expensive. We bundled their services with other surveys we needed to have done which made it a lot more palatable.

We're working toward that and I'm exchanging emails with Hanover Research for more information, but may need to go through the RFP process with this. I hear they are doing some work with other CTCs, so curious to know if anyone is using Hanover Research for this work (or any other organizations as Guillermo mentioned)...

Question for the group: Is anyone completing the Listening and Feedback Session required in SB 5194 on opposite year of the campus climate assessments. If so, did anyone hire a 3rd party to complete these? Spokane Community College is looking to complete those this year, and looking at hiring a professional group.
