Dear Colleagues,

I write to remind you of - and encourage your participation in - the National Association of Diversity Officers' State of the CDO survey. As President of NADOHE, I am proud to represent a group of diversity professionals and institutions of higher education working diligently to advance equity and dismantle systemic oppression. This survey will help us gather valuable insight into your work, and the data will impact the future of the field and NADOHE.

NADOHE is committed to ensuring inclusive excellence is at the core of every institution of higher education. To continue doing this work, we need to hear from you. The State of the CDO survey asks questions about your path to the CDO, job responsibilities, institutional engagement and support levels, and what you see as the future of DEI work in higher education. We are also gathering information on organizational relationships, CDO salaries, and other topics you've shared as important to you and other NADOHE members.

The State of the CDO survey is for principal administrators at postsecondary institutions. If you do not fall in this category, we are also developing a broader survey for all NADOHE members to gain additional insights. This survey will be shared later this year.
