[DEOC] Meeting Follow-up

Thank you for asking. The notes taken by our amazing colleagues are attached. The DEO Leadership is meeting this coming Friday at 3pm with the WACTC Executive Leadership to discuss our letter and the specific askes  we are making of them.  Once that meeting is concluded our goal is to have our Entire Commission meet with the Presidents to discuss next steps and to hear directly from us as a whole.

Good Morning DEO's,

The letter we sent to the Presidents last week was received with welcome and a sense of urgency and our Presidents are responding in the positive and are holding a special gathering of the Presidents Executive Leadership and making it a topic of discussion at their weekly meeting. I want to encourage each of you to respond to the doodle poll I sent about meeting this week. We want to engage you in this discussion and craft the most inclusive and appropriate responses to our asks of them and the responses they will  have for us. I desire for us to be on the same page and move as One!
