[DEOC] Information for DEOC meeting on 10-20-2022

Hello All.
Important details about our upcoming meeting at Bellevue on October 20th, 2022.

Hotel
For those who are traveling long distance, we have secured 5 rooms at:
Silver Cloud, 14632 SE Eastgate Way, Bellevue, WA 98007
Please reserve your room if needed by Monday, October 10th as that is when the hold expires.
Room rate: $129.00, one night stay
Check in: October 19th
Check out: October 20th
Rooms are blocked out by Bellevue College, please mention this when booking your room.

Food
Thank you to Dr. Consuelo for hosting and providing lunch. They do need information on your Panera order, please respond by Monday, October 17th  with your order with the link below .

They have the choice of the boxed lunches for sandwiches, and salads, and the "You Pick Two" boxed lunches.

Location of Meeting on Bellevue Campus
Our meeting will be in the Social Justice Center.
Room number is B207.
Parking info and directions attached. Message from Jewell: I put a RED circle on Building B where B207 is located.  Good landmarks is the water fountain right in front of our building where the name "Bellevue College" is.  There are some parking areas like by R building which is on the other side of a greenhouse, and parking on the other side of the flag pole. There is also parking off the street if you can find anything.  Anyone will have to put that parking permit on their dashboard.
