This person will be a politically savvy and strategic policy professional who is committed to leading with an unapologetic racial equity lens, has policy expertise in the areas of education and/or youth justice, and is bold and strategic about advancing our mission. This role combines policy development, direct advocacy and lobbying, and policy implementation/analysis. It comes with a great team of colleagues who care deeply about racial justice and educational equity.
