As the Assistant Director for Innovation & Performance (I&P), you will create, build, deepen, and expand the Office of Equity's organizational capacity to lead and achieve the state's workplace pro-equity, racial justice, belonging, and accessibility goals.

You will fulfill the Office of Equity's mission to achieve systemic equity by leading a team of innovation managers, performance managers, and data analyst positions responsible for creating statewide and agency-specific process and outcome measures to determine the effectiveness of agency programs and services on reducing disparities.

You will also gather and implement community feedback on whether the performance measures established accurately measure the effectiveness of agency programs and services in the communities served.
