[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] FA PRP 2.2 Implementation Complete: Re-schedule FA Jobs and Processes

Good Morning FA-

FA PRP 2.2 is now available in Production!

For those that cancelled their FA JobSets and/or processes that were scheduled to run between 5pm and 7pm, you may now reschedule those JobSets and processes. Please refer to the "Reschedule JobSets" and "Reschedule Recurring Jobs and Processes" sections in the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions>.

IMPORTANT:
This PRP delivers functionality for 2025-2026 Pell and Direct Loan processing! Prior to generating 2025-2026 Pell and Loans, please review your run control settings and file paths. File paths are case sensitive, and these processes will fail when an incorrect file path is used. This prevents other colleges from running their processes. The Pell 2026 and Direct Loan 2026 file paths can be copied from Upload/Download: Navigator > People Tools > CTC Custom > Extensions > Upload/Download Files

  *   Select the 5.0c schema on your PELLOUT and DLOUT run control pages for 2025-2026 (see example below)

     *   Header Colleges Only: Tuesday, 06/10/2025, 9:00AM - 12:00PM.
     *   Trailer Colleges Only: Tuesday, 08/26/2025, 9:00AM - 12:00PM.
  *   The Disbursement ID table will be locked down for editing on Monday 6/2/2025.  Please double-check the dates in your Disbursement ID table in Set Up SCAR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Awards > Disbursement ID Table
