What Should Be Aligned Next?
Which business process do YOU think could benefit from systemwide alignment?
Is there something you do on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis that makes you think, "There HAS to be a better way to do this! How could we ALL do it better?"

Good afternoon, everyone:
Process alignment involves creating common, agreed-upon business processes that align with our system's goals and strategies. It ensures that ctcLink system processes remain consistent and efficient.
Travel & Expense, the initial pilot taskforce, will conclude its work by early spring quarter, so it is time to select the next topic for review!
Which process should be next?
The Process Alignment Workgroup (PAW) leadership wants everyone to have a chance to be heard, but to also keep moving ahead with decisions.
To submit an idea for a ctcLink business process that could benefit from systemwide alignment, please complete the Process Alignment Nomination Form<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/127516/l/1925951-next-up-suggestion-box>.
Initial review of topics will begin in April. PAW leadership will work with the ctcLink College Collaboration Group and SBCTC ctcLink Support teams to review, prioritize, and finalize the selection for the next effort.
