[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] WCG Interim BPG Updated with NEW Incremental File Process

Good morning, FA! 😊



First, a big THANK YOU to Clark, Spokane and Spokane Falls for testing the new Interim Incremental File process during Winter Term!!



Second, the Interim BPG (https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/848386-wcg-interim-reporting-business-process-guide) has been updated with the steps for creating the incremental file!!



To support this new process, FA Support will be holding a WCG Interim Incremental File Walkthrough on Thursday, April 17th from 1:30PM - 2:30PM. The session will be recorded.

Please note this session is a walkthrough of the new process and not a work session on troubleshooting WCG Interim Errors. The WCG Interim Error Report Review will be held by our FA Trainer on Tuesday, April 22nd from 9AM - 11AM. 😊



Finally, please note the Interim BPG has been re-vamped quite a bit aside from the Incremental File Processing steps!

  *   The Missing National ID Query section was previously labeled as ‘optional’ but it should be ran at the start of Interim processing to reduce Interim errors and inaccurate reporting
  *   More details have been added on troubleshooting students that appear on the WCG Interim Error Report
  *   The following new troubleshooting sections have been added
     *   WSAC Upload Issues
     *   Incremental File Issues
     *   ‘No Success’ Process Instances
