[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] COD 25-26 Updates Impacting Current Year Processing

Hello FA,

Several colleges have reported seeing this message in the Message Log when running the CODIN process for CRPN, CRECMYOP and CRBN, files:

"COD Lookup Table Info not found. Tag: MIDDLENAME Record: SFA_COD_STUDENT"

The message is populating due to COD (Common Origination and Disbursement) schema changes implemented for the 25-26 award year. We have confirmed that the files do process as expected and load data to PeopleSoft correctly.

Note: AY2025 CRDL & CRAA files shouldn't be impacted & can be loaded as usual.

You do not need to edit the schema in your files.

As a reminder, please do not perform any Pell or Direct Loan processing (origination, disbursement, or load COD response files) for the 25-26 award year. The PRP must be applied to Production before 25-26 COD processing can begin (historically an early/mid-June timeline).
