Greetings all -

This is a reminder about our Refunding trainings coming up in the next week.  We really hope to see you there!


  1.  Intermediate Refund Training - this Thursday at 9:00am.
     *   We will cover several refund functions that don't usually get as much attention, such as refund reversals, applying/managing related service indicators, and cover the sponsor refunding process.

  1.  Refunding Part 2 - next Monday (10/14/2024) at 1:00pm.
     *   This is a follow up to our September Refunds 1 work session.  We will be concentrating on topics to focus on AFTER refunds have been sent out to students, like FARP/FARC processing and Financial Aid reconciliation.
