This calendar invite is for an Advanced Financial Aid Training on Pell & Loan Message Log Review held on Tuesday November 5th, 2024, from 9:00 AM - 10:00AM.  This Fin Aid Session is an advanced training on reviewing additional information that may not display on the typical reports.  We take a closer look at how to keep your Pell & Direct Loans moving forward in the Message Log review.

Objectives:

  *   Understand how to download the Message Log detail
  *   Understand how to search in the Message Log detail
  *   Understand how to determine what needs further review in the MDLA and Manage Pell Payment pages
Audience:  Financial Aid staff responsible for Direct Loan & Pell processing and troubleshooting
This session will be recorded.  A slide deck will be attached to this calendar invite prior to the training session.
