[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] FA PRP 2.7 Implementation Complete: FA Jobs and 24-25 COD Processing

Good Afternoon FA-

FA PRP 2.7 is now available in Production!

For those that cancelled their FA JobSets and/or processes that were scheduled to run between 5pm and 7pm, you may now reschedule those JobSets and processes. Please refer to the "Reschedule JobSets" and "Reschedule Recurring Jobs and Processes" sections in the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions>.

IMPORTANT: You may now run Pell and Direct loan processing for the 24-25 award year! Please review your 24-25 PELLOUT and DLOUT run control settings and file paths. File paths are case sensitive, and these processes will fail when an incorrect file path is used. This prevents other colleges from running their processes.
As a reminder, select the 5.0b schema on your PELLOUT and DLOUT run control pages for 24-25. The Pell 2025 and Direct Loan 2025 file paths can be copied from Upload/Download: Navigator > People Tools > CTC Custom > Extensions > Upload/Download Files

This is a reminder that PRP 2.7 will be implemented in Production tonight. For those that have FA JobSets or processes scheduled to run between 5pm and 7pm, please cancel those recurring FA JobSets or processes prior to 5pm today. Detailed steps can be found in the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions>.

Once we have validated the migration, we will notify colleges that the FA JobSets and processes can be rescheduled.

REMINDER:  Please do not perform any Pell or Direct Loan processing (origination, disbursement, or load COD response files) for the 24-25 award year until you hear from us, Friday, 6/21.
