[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Issue: CODIN Processing Running to No Success

Good Afternoon FA-

Please do not run any CODIN processes (COD response files). The process will run to No Success.  There is an issue with the Pell disbursement code delivered by Oracle.

We are working with Oracle to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please do not run any CODIN processing.
