Good evening everyone!
Last reminder - for those who were not able to make either of our Q & A sessions this week:

I’ve gotten a few emails asking, “Hey can we start to run process for 24/25 on Friday after the all clear?” and the answer to that is - no, please wait until Monday, June 10th.
Colleges will be working with us 1st thing Monday to load ISIRs so we’ll need clients to HOLD on running any processes or building out anything for 24/25 until further instructions the week of June 10th.

Once we give the all clear on Friday, colleges can run business as usual for all things 23/24 - Please don’t run anything for 24/25.

You should see messaging from us soon about next steps and items to further understand in preparation for the week of June 10th.

Good morning,

The time is getting closer for FA support to move all things FAFSA Simplification into Production on June 6th! Part of the punch list for activities that day will be ‘jiggling’ ISIR jobsets to account for additional CTCFABUD efficiency.

We will need to have all FA recurring jobs and processes canceled in advance of the system take down.

Therefore, this is our reminder that production will be down June 6th beginning at 4:00 PM.

Please do the following

•            Cancel all recurring or prescheduled processes and jobs that you have scheduled by Thursday, June 6th, no later than 3:00pm.

•            Financial Aid users please refer to the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions> for detailed steps.
