Good morning, FA! 😊

As mentioned during Aid Year Rollover (see. p. 88 in the 2024-2025 Aid Year Rollover Part 2.docx - Google Docs<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jqV3C9dE1C2HvpH_V-TaZ9zmcY_yQw9S/edit>), in an effort to lessen double disbursement issues, double refund occurrences and Student Account discrepancies; the Disbursement ID Table page (Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Awards > Disbursement ID Table)  will have a security update to be View Only access as of July 8th.

Please make sure to complete reviewing and finalizing your disbursement dates for 2024-2025 before the page is locked down.

The last day for college users to make edits to the Disbursement ID Table is 4:30PM Friday, July 5th.

If updates are needed to the Disbursement ID Table after July 5th, a ticket will need to be submitted to FA Support: ctcLink Support > Financial Aid > FA: Setup.
