Please join us for a review of the functional requirements that pertain to the list of maintenance items related to Satisfactory Academic Progress.

In advance of this next meeting (January 24th), an updated presentation slide deck will be posted to this guide for reference and to aid in gaining clarity on all functional requirements associated with the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) work.



We asked that colleges ensure their Subject Matter Experts with deep experience in managing Satisfactory Academic Progress (including Pace of Progression) be in attendance or at a minimum commit to watching the session recordings and providing the necessary requirement feedback by the timelines provided in each session.



These clarifications are critical to moving on to the next steps of Solution Design, which includes the drafting of the Functional and Technical Design documents needed by the development team to take meaningful action.



The College Collaboration Group meetings (January 25th) following this 'special session on SAP' will be provided a synopsis of the progress made during each session.
