[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Getting the ball rolling with Item Type Security

We are excited to embark on the task of informing & implementing item type security with you all!

Item Type Security is Enhancement Request #159<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/112604/l/1589391-enhancement-request-status> for the Campus Solutions Pillar.  This enhancement will impact any staff member who has page access that accepts item type as an input value...which we know is a significant number.  Please forward, discuss, and prepare for this upcoming enhancement.

We have an hour reserved next week to answer questions that may arise from the video, the slide deck, and your internal discussions on the matter. Within the attached slide deck is our estimate (slide 26) for the time we're hoping this enhancement to take for implementation...please note, that a start date is nowhere to be found, however, depending on what the majority says - we are hoping for middle of March for a PRD deployment (& maybe even a date with Working Group for a vote on 3/1 or 3/15.)
