Hi Everyone,



The updated 2022-23 Pell Schedule<https://fsapartners.ed.gov/knowledge-center/library/dear-colleague-letters/2022-03-24/revised-2022-2023-federal-pell-grant-payment-and-disbursement-schedules> that ED announced late last week has been loaded into ctcLink! Please be sure to review the following areas for your college in the 2022-2023 Aid Year Roll Over Business Process Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/1193577-2022-2023-aid-year-roll-over-business-process-guide> and update information as needed.

  *   Aggregate Aid Limit
  *   Pell Payment Setup
  *   Financial Aid Item Types (FA Item Type 4 tab)



If you have already awarded Pell students for Aid Year 2023, you can run the following query to help identify students whose Pell awards may need to be adjusted.

  *   QCS_FA_PELL_AWARD_REVIEW - Query to compare actual Pell award vs. expected Pell award per term based on enrollment level for that term.
