This Friday's Q&A session is a follow-up to our FA-SF Customer Account Reconciliation for Summer Term session from this morning and we expect there will be many participants.

With that in mind, please make sure to come to the Q&A with reports/queries already ran and reviewed.

This Q&A is meant for answering questions related to understanding the report/queries, not for solutioning individual students. If you would like help with solutioning a specific student you've identified as needing some clean up, please submit a ticket.
