[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Reporting Fraudulent and Verified Students to SBCTC - New Ticket Request Types

Hello,

We have two new ctcLink Customer Support Service Desk request types to share with you for the Campus Solutions pillar:


  1.  ctcLink Support > Campus Solutions > Security > Reporting Fraudulent Student
     *   Use this request type to report fraudulent students/applications to ctcLink Customer Support. This request type will first route to the CS Core Support team, and then we will work with other SBCTC staff to lock access in OAAP and Okta.

  1.  ctcLink Support > Campus Solutions > Security > Reporting Verified Student
     *   Use this request type when reporting students who have had their identity verified for the below scenarios.
        *   Student was previously reported as fraudulent but has verified identity (provide EMPLID)
        *   SSN verified as belonging to this student despite also being found on another student (provide both EMPLIDs)
           *   SBCTC will add a "SSN Removed" Service Indicator reason code to the other student the SSN was removed from
        *   Student is not a duplicate though a similar student record exists in the system (provide both EMPLIDs)
     *   This request type will route to the CS Core Support team. We have created a new SBCTC Service Indicator (SVR - Student Data Verified) that SBCTC will assign once the tickets are received/reviewed. Access to assign/release the SVR Service Indicator is currently restricted to SBCTC.
