Hello FA Users,

We would like to bring to your attention that there will be another small conversion of data into Production that will require locking out Campus Solutions in between the DG6B and DG6C go-live weekends. You will need to stop automated Financial Aid JobSets and processes on Thursday 4/28/2022 and bring them back up again on Friday 4/29/2022. This will involve the same steps you will be using tomorrow for DG6B Go-Live activities. Please put this on your calendars. We will send more instructions early next week, along with a reminder as we get close to that date.

Issue
SBCTC will be performing immunization attestation data conversion for remaining DG5 and DG6A colleges.

  *   The Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management pillars will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   The Portal and Finance pillars will remain online during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
