[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] ACTION REQUIRED: Please review Even and Odd Year ISIR jobs for Active Status!!!

Good morning FA Users!

Last week there was scheduled maintenance that caused several ISIR jobs to fail.

It appears that some college's ISIR jobs for EY or OY flipped to 'Complete' Status and have not run since last Wednesday.

Please go to PeopleTools>Process Scheduler>Schedule Jobset Definitions>

Search for your ISIR job by entering your EMPL ID (User), or %ISIR in the job name

  *   Change the Begin Date to your next schedule date / time slot, then flip the Status to Active and click Save.
  *   Click Return to Search and then come back to make sure the recurrence stuck.

After review of failed processes, we have determined that any subsequent processing will need to wait until your next scheduled job or process window.

FA Support has deleted all of your Errored and No Success instances.

There is no action required on your part, other than to note that your student data and processes did not run last night.

Please take that into consideration while reviewing and working with your students today.

Otherwise, please consider this resolved.

Good morning Financial Aid Processing Staff,

Production Environment Maintenance took place last night at the following time.

Thursday, April 14, 2022, 9:00 pm - Friday, April 15, 2022, 5:00 am.

Unfortunately, a separate notice from FA Support did not go out to ask you to pause any scheduled jobs or processes.

Impact
This means that if you did not see this and pause your overnight jobs and scheduled processes before 9 pm yesterday, they may have Errored or run to No Success.

Next Steps
We have attached a list of the currently known failed Jobsets and Scheduled Processes. Please review this list so that you are aware if your office's processes were impacted.

Overall FA Jobs and Processes
We will be working this morning on the following:

  *   Cleaning up the Process Monitor/Schedule for Failed Instances
  *   Identifying any impact to your processing and data
  *   Identifying next steps to get your processes ready for their next run

The total number that did not complete successfully is relatively high, so please afford us the time to review next steps to get your processes ready.

Dual Processing
For colleges in Dual Processing, some Rollover Track Code to PS Checklist Processes did not Run to Success.

Please go to  Navigator > Financial Aid > CTC Custom > CTC Interfaces > FAM > FAM .

Look up your Track Code run control that is used to process your Rollover Track Code file and convert them to Checklists. Click 'Run.'

You may then ask your SF SME to run their Bank Mobile Student Data Process<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92558/l/797525-9-2-bankmobile-student-data> to capture students from your overnight batch.

  *   The Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management pillars will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   The Portal and Finance pillars will remain online during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
