[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] FirstLinks/DG2/DG3 - OY Loan Debt Letters have been updated from 2020-2021 to 2022-2023

Good afternoon FA Users!

We've updated all FirstLinks/DG2/DG3 OY Loan Debt Letter to say "2022-2023." 😊

IMPORTANT If you go to your OY Run Control ID that you used last aid year (2021), you will see the text still says, "2020-2021.”

Please take the following steps to jiggle your OY Loan Debt Letter Run Control ID.

  1.  Navigate to Navigator > HighPoint > Message Center > Processes > Send Messages
  2.  Select your OY Loan Debt Letter Run Control ID
  3.  Select the blank option on the Letter dropdown menu

  1.  Re-select the Loan Debt Letter OY, confirm the text now says, “2022-2023,” then click Save.
