Good Afternoon ctcLink College Points of Contact,

We wanted to provide a reminder, that on or after Oct. 1, 2021, any current ctcLink users who have not already done so will be prompted to enter their password recovery options (e.g. email, text, or voice call) when signing into ctcLink.

Up until Oct 1st, current users can still go to https://myaccount.ctclink.us/ to set the password recovery options. The new account activation process will not change.

Dear ctcLink College and SBCTC Points of Contact:

As you know, the ctcLink Login process will be upgraded on Saturday, July 31, 2021 to provide better security and user-friendly self-service password-reset options. The ctcLink portal link address<https://gateway.ctclink.us/> and basic functionality won't change, but the new ctcLink PeopleSoft login portal will change the way passwords are currently reset.
The attached document, designed to help colleges and the SBCTC agency get ready, includes:

  *   a description of what is changing
  *   a variety of resources, including related QRGs and announcements/web content you can modify to communicate with your college or agency specific to students, staff and faculty audiences
  *   information for college support/PeopleSoft security administrators
