Please find attached a reminder of the list of ctcLink global CARES & COVID Relief item type numbers. Please ensure this is shared with your CARES relief administrators.

To request these item types be created for your college, please open a ticket under the following SolarWinds<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/67010/l/1211427-how-to-submit-a-ctclink-support-ticket> request type: ctcLink Support * Campus Solutions * Student Financials * Item Types.

Non FA SME's - The best way to determine whether these Item Types have already been set up for your college would be to check with your designated Financial Aid Director/Associate Director/Student Financials SME.
