This is a friendly reminder about the upcoming Production lockdown for DG5A conversion! 😊

*Please see the original message below for details and a quick correction as the Production environment is not being “taken down” but will be locked down for the bio-demo conversion.

IMPORTANT: Awarding and other manual processes can still continue on Friday morning but consider what did not run overnight and how it impacts your related processes as the nightly processes have been cancelled at that time.

Good morning ctcLink FA Users!

We’re fast approaching DG5A’s Go Live date! This is a reminder that the Production environment will be down from 3:00pm on Friday, October 8th through 8:00am Monday, October 11th for conversion activities.

This is a reminder that all reoccurring processes, jobs, and jobsets will need to be cancelled before the Production environment can be taken offline is locked down. For those of you who schedule processes and jobs for your college, please plan on cancelling any reoccurring or pre-scheduled processes and jobs that you have scheduled by 3:00pm on Thursday, October 7th (TODAY).

Instructions on how to cancel processes and jobs are attached.

After Production comes back online on Monday, October 11th, we’ll contact you to let you know that it’s safe to go ahead and re-schedule your processes and jobs. Be sure to make a list of what you have scheduled (and when!) before you cancel them so that you’re able to quickly re-schedule everything after Production is back online.
