This notice only applies to schools on Dual Processing

We have noticed an issue where a school's enrollment file occasionally doesn't process successfully.  This is due to the file coming over empty on the Legacy server.  In these instances, we have generated a new enrollment file for the affected school and worked with Becky to get it processed.

The cause of the issue is currently unknown.  We'll continue to investigate and monitor the files for any failures.  Thank you!
