[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Loan Debt Letter Issues

Good Morning,

An issue has been reported where the loan debt letter is incorrectly displaying $0 for a student's debt totals.  This should only impact students who don't have NSLDS Aggregate data in the prior aid year.  Usually these would be first time students at your institution who have previously attended other colleges.

We've identified the cause of the issue and are actively working towards a solution.  Thank you!
