Hi all,

The issue has been resolved and you may once again run PELLOUT / DLOUT processes.

If you had a PELLOUT / DLOUT process that went to "No Success" that file was generated when we fixed the PELLOUT process that was causing the issue.  I've opened a ticket with information for those that had a file generated.

The Pell/Loan Outbound processes are currently down.

Please DO NOT RUN PELLOUT or DLOUT for any aid years, the SFA_COD_OUT process will fail and there is risk of losing data.

Please inform your responsible Pell and Loan processing staff.

We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
