[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] QCS_FA_WAIVE_V1_VERIF_NO_INST is designed for a new process

Good afternoon!

Some of you may have noticed the new query in production: QCS_FA_WAIVE_V1_VERIF_NO_INST

The query is tied to a new process we are creating and instructions will go out on how to use that query. Using the query beforehand may result in your college being unable to use the new process we are building. The process is quite extensive so it's taking a while to test. We hope to get the instructions out to colleges soon!
