[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Ticket #86855 Masking DISB Date in 9.2 URGENT

Hello,
I am not understanding why this ticket was closed ?  We were told we can have access to mask the DISB date in Self-service, but we still have no access after reaching out to our local IT and SBCTC for months now. We were told by SBCTC FA support how to do it ( via email) but we have no access to it and the ticket was closed saying this:
We've confirmed that the disbursement tab is available in self service.  Closing the ticket now :)

What does it mean? Can we change the config now?  I have checked with our IT and I do the role that I was told I needed to have , but still have no access to do anything ???? It has been months , since 20-21 New year set up.

Half of our student  calls last week has been about the DISB date of 09/14/2020...
